Manage users for tools

Subscription Admins (SAs) and Project Admins (PAs) can manage user access and roles for tool resources within a SHIP-HATS subscription. User management is performed at the tool resource level (for example, Jira projects, Confluence spaces, or GitLab groups).

Select a tool to get started:

• Atlassian Dedicated Site
• Confluence spaces
• Jira projects
• Jira Service Management (JSM) projects
• GitLab groups or projects
• Fortify on Demand (FOD) applications
• Nexus IQ applications
• SonarQube applications

Things to know

• Users must have the required tool licence (if applicable) before they can be granted access.
• Access and roles are managed within each tool resource.
• Removing a user from a tool resource does not remove their licence.
