View and download subscription documents

Subscription Admins (SAs) can use Console to view and download subscription documents.

These documents include:

• UST + SS Exhibit A
• SS Exhibit B – Account details
• SS Exhibit C – SHIP-HATS

You can view documents only for subscriptions where you are assigned as a Subscription Admin.

Steps

1. Log in to Console.

2. Go to Subscription Accounts and select the required subscription.

3. Locate the Attachments or Documents section.

4. Download the required document.
