View preliminary invoice

TechBiz sends a notification email on the 10th of each month when the preliminary invoice for the previous month is available.

The preliminary invoice shows the charges incurred by your SHIP-HATS subscription during the previous month. Subscription Admins and Billing Admins should review it to ensure the charges are accurate.

Steps

1. Log in to Console.
2. Go to Subscription Accounts > View subscription account, and select the required account.
3. Go to BILLING > Table of invoice.
4. Select the required month to view the invoice details.
5. If you identify any discrepancies, raise a billing dispute by the 14th of the current month.

Result

You can review the charges incurred for the previous month.
