Billing cycle
SHIP-HATS follows a monthly billing cycle and a quarterly invoicing cycle.
Monthly billing cycle
Charges for each SHIP-HATS tool are calculated monthly, based on the highest number of units subscribed during that month.
SSubscription Admins and Billing Admins can view preliminary invoice (typically released on the 10th of each month).
Quarterly invoicing cycle
Agencies receive a consolidated invoice every three months covering the previous billing period.

If you identify discrepancies in the preliminary invoice, raise a billing dispute by the 14th of the same month the preliminary invoice is released.
