Operational view
The Operational view in the Unified Quality Dashboard (UQD) offers a high-level snapshot of system performance and delivery trends across SHIP-HATS systems.
It helps stakeholders monitor deployment cadence, flow efficiency, and delivery consistency—providing a quick pulse check on how reliably teams are delivering value.
What it shows
This view highlights key indicators of delivery performance, including:
- Deployment frequency across Production and non-Production environments
- Consistency of successful deployments over time
- Efficiency of development and CI/CD workflows
These insights help teams detect delivery slowdowns or process friction early.
Deployment Cadence
The Deployment Cadence section tracks how frequently and consistently changes are deployed.
It reflects how often value reaches users and whether delivery remains stable.

| Successful Deployment Periods | Number of months, weeks, or days with successful Production deployments. |
| Total Successful Production Deployments | Total count of Production deployments within the selected period. |
| Non-Production Deployment Frequency | Successful deployments in UAT, staging, testing, development, or other environments. |
Regular cadence indicates stable, predictable delivery.
Flow Efficiency
The Flow Efficiency section measures how smoothly work moves through development and release stages.

When to use it
Use the Operational view to:
- Monitor deployment cadence across all environments
- Track delivery trends and identify fluctuations
- Detect bottlenecks or unstable release patterns
If cadence slows or flow efficiency drops, switch to the Diagnostic view for root-cause analysis.
