Overview of SHIP-HATS subscriptions
A SHIP-HATS subscription is how your agency gets access to DevSecOps tools (such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and SonarQube) and the resources needed to use them.
A SHIP-HATS subscription includes:
- Tools – The products your agency uses (for example, GitLab, Jira, Confluence)
- Units – The amount of resources allocated for each tool, such as:
- user licences
- code analysis capacity
- applications or devices
- service instances

Public officers can view the pricing details at SHIP-HATS pricing using their non-SE GSIB or COMET device.
