Cancel SHIP-HATS subscription

Subscription Admins (SAs) can cancel a SHIP-HATS subscription when it is no longer required, such as when a project has ended.

Before you begin

  • You must be a Subscription Admin (SA).
  • For paid subscriptions, you must complete the minimum commitment period of three consecutive months from the subscription start date.
  • Submit your cancellation request at least one month in advance of the intended offboarding date.
  • Decide the offboarding date for your subscription.

💡 The minimum commitment period does not apply to trial subscriptions. See trial subscriptions.

⚠️ Cancellation impacts billing. See Billing policy and Billing use cases before proceeding.

  • Back up all required project and tool data.
  • Remove users who no longer require access.
