StackOps-managed roles

StackOps-managed roles are pre-configured roles created and maintained by StackOps for specific use cases. These roles have a somr_ prefix and can be assigned to users in Console through Role Mapping.

How it works

1. Raise a service request to request a StackOps-managed role. StackOps will assess the request and provision a role that fulfils the required use case.
2. Once the role is provisioned, assign it to users in Console through Role Mapping. Refer to Role mapping for more information.

Available roles

StackOps currently provides the following managed role:

• somr_stack-monitoring — Grants access to Stack Monitoring in Kibana.

The somr_stack-monitoring role grants the following privileges in Kibana:
