Artificial Intelligence in StackOps
StackOps Elastic provides Artificial Intelligence- (AI) powered capabilities to help you extract meaningful insights from your data. These AI features enhance everyday tasks, from data operations, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring to query building and reporting:
- Inference—Use machine learning models to perform data operations such as text embedding, semantic search, or reranking.
- AI Assistant—Use an AI-powered chat interface to ask questions about the Elastic Stack and your data.
Getting started with AI
To start using AI capabilities in StackOps Elastic, you must connect a large language model (LLM) to your Elastic deployment. There are several options for connecting to an LLM:
- Elastic Managed LLMs—Use built-in LLMs directly, without setting up your own LLM or managing external API keys. Using these LLMs will incur additional costs.
- Third-party LLMs—Use your own API keys to integrate with third-party model providers.
- Self-managed LLMs—Bring your own self-managed LLMs.
