How do I onboard to FileSG?

We’re glad that you find value in FileSG and will love to partner with you as we seek to improve the Government’s offerings to our citizens! Onboarding is as simple as ABC, just follow the steps below!

Taking the first steps …

1. Submit the information at http://go.gov.sg/filesg-onboarding.
2. Prepare a high resolution image of your agency logo and emblem.
3. Prepare samples of any documents that you are intending to issue (for the FileSG team’s internal reference).
4. FileSG will contact you, and work with you on the following:
   1. notification messages (template at https://go.gov.sg/filesg-notification-template)
   2. PCM
5. If you are integrating via API, please provide the APEX ORG and APP details.
6. Test environment will be setup for you within 1 - 2 weeks.
7. Please conduct your own acceptance test (own time own target) and share the sign-off with FileSG.
8. Upon receipt of the sign-off, we will migrate the configuration to Production within 1 - 2 weeks.
9. Plan Go-Live at your own conveninence!
