How to Issue Your First Document

Pre-requisite before you begin

To issue your first document, please ensure that you have the following:

• Document(s) (pdf, zip) ready for issuance
• Recipient information (identifier (such as nric/fin/passport), recipient’s dob, name, email, mobile)
• Notification / Document Template information
• Your email has been whitelisted for access to FileSG’s Agency Portal

Follow the below steps to issue document(s) manually

• Step 1: Prepare the sidecar file
• Step 2: Access the Agency Portal
• Step 3: Issue the document
• Step 4: Check the status of your issuance request
