Issue Documents via API
FileSG supports document issuance via API for agencies that want to integrate FileSG into their own systems and automate document issuance.

Prerequisites
Before you can issue documents via the FileSG API, your agency must have:
| Prerequisite | Description |
|---|---|
| Client ID / Client Secret | Credentials used to authenticate your application with FileSG. These will be provided by the FileSG team after your agency has completed onboarding. |
| APEX Org ID | Your agency’s APEX Organisation ID. Provide this to the FileSG team so that they can configure your agency’s access to FileSG APIs via APEX. |
Getting started
- Complete the FileSG onboarding process.
- Provide your APEX Org ID to the FileSG team for API access configuration.
- Obtain your Client ID / Client Secret from the FileSG team after onboarding.
- Refer to the FileSG API documentation for the API endpoints, authentication and request formats.
- Test your integration in the non-production environment before proceeding to production.
