Create the ZIP file for submission

The ZIP file contains your sidecar CSV and the documents you want to issue.

Before you begin

You need:

• A completed sidecar CSV.
• All documents referenced by the files field.
• Access to the FileSG Agency Portal.

Step 1 — Export your sidecar CSV

Export the Excel sidecar template to CSV.

For standard issuance, the CSV must be:

filesg-sidecar-transactions.csv

For UEN issuance:

filesg-sidecar-corporate-transactions.csv

Step 2 — Add the files to the ZIP

Place the sidecar CSV and all files being issued at the root of the ZIP.

Example:

filesg-sidecar-transactions.csv
certificate-001.pdf
certificate-002.pdfCopy to clipboardErrorCopied

The ZIP filename itself does not matter.

Common mistakes

Avoid:

• Using the Excel .xlsx file instead of the CSV.
• Using the wrong sidecar filename.
• Putting files inside a subfolder.
• Including extra files or folders.
• Including hidden system files.
• Listing a filename in files that does not exist in the ZIP.

Before you submit

• Sidecar is CSV.
• Sidecar filename is correct.
• All referenced documents are present.
• All files are at ZIP root.
• No unexpected files or folders are included.
