Notification service

Overview

The Console notification service allows you to send notifications or emails to a list of users. For notifications, they will appear in the Console portal when users log in.

⚠️ Do not use the notification service to broadcast messages to all users. It is intended for small groups of users only.

Notification content

You can customise the following fields when creating a notification:

• Title
• Body – supports HTML formatting
• URL (optional) – must end with .gov.sg

The notification body supports a limited set of HTML tags:
