Server connectivity

Console routes API requests from agency systems to your servers using AWS API Gateway. All calls to your API endpoints are made through Console’s domain.

Establish connectivity

To enable this, you will need to set up network connectivity between your servers and the Console AWS account.

⚠️ This is a one-time setup and must be coordinated with the Console team.

Contact the Console team to initiate this process. The team will work with you to establish the necessary connection.

Supported connectivity methods

Common options for setting up connectivity include:

• VPC endpoint – establish a private endpoint from Console’s AWS account to your VPC
• VPC Lattice – use AWS VPC Lattice to route requests between services across VPCs
