A Singapore Government Agency Website

Overview

What is Console?

Console is a unified platform that supports multiple products across government agencies. It offers:

  • A web portal for end users to access onboarded products
  • A suite of standalone common services that product teams (tenants) can use to support their own application features such as approval workflows, activity logging, and email sending

By consolidating these capabilities, Console helps streamline cross-product workflows, reduce duplication, and speed up development through shared infrastructure.

Why onboard to Console?

There are two main reasons why product teams onboard:

  1. Central integration point – Console provides a one-stop location for agency users to manage configurations and administrative workflows across all onboarded products. As an onboarded product, your team can provide a better experience for your agency users, and also access shared services and platform features within Console.
  2. Faster development – By using ready-made microservices, your team can avoid building core logic from scratch and focus on product-specific value.

Who is this guide for?

This guide is for product teams (tenants) that want to either:

  1. Integrate their product’s web application into the Console portal
  2. Use Console’s common services to support their own product workflows
  3. Both of the above
