Send reminder for request approval

This section guides how Primary subscription admin can manually trigger an approval reminder when the account is pending approval.

Audience

• Subscription admins of a TechBiz account.

Prerequisites

• You need a non-SE GSIB or Comet device or GMD.
• You need to be logged in to TechBiz portal.
• A TechBiz account in pending status.

To send a reminder for account approval

1. From the left navigation menu, click Subscription Accounts.
2. Select PENDING from the Status dropdown list to view all the pending accounts.
3. Select the required account.
4. Click Send reminder for approval.

The approver will receive a reminder email to approve the account.

Note: You can only trigger the reminder once a day.
