What is the difference between creating an account with multiple systems and creating one account per system?

If an account has multiple systems, you can share your resources across the systems and a single invoice is generated.

If you have more than one account, you can’t share resources across these accounts and agency will be charged individually for each account.

Can I use SGTS Products if I have not provided the GovAssure SubSystem ID?

Yes. However, you should register the system in GovAssure and update the GovAssure SubSystem ID on the TechBiz portal.

While creating system on TechBiz portal, can I select more than one GovAssure SubSystem ID?

No. Each system on the TechBiz portal can be associated with only one GovAssure SubSystem ID.

I am creating a system as a proof of concept (POC). Do I need to register it on GovAssure?

When a system is in POC state, it is not mandatory to register it on GovAssure. However, when the POC becomes an active system, you must register it on GovAssure. POC systems can now be registered on GovAssure — refer to GovAssure’s change management page for more information (accessible via intranet).

To onboard or request access to GovAssure, approach your assigned GovAssure Agency Coordinator. Refer to the Agency Coordinator list (accessible via intranet).
