View SonarQube scan results

SonarQube scan results are available in the SonarQube portal after a successful analysis run.

Users can review code quality issues, vulnerabilities, and overall project health from the SonarQube dashboards.

Prerequisites

Ensure the following:

• A SonarQube application has been created for the SHIP-HATS project.
• A CI/CD pipeline has successfully run a SonarQube scan.
• You have Browse project permission in the SonarQube project.

Steps

1. Log in to the SonarQube portal.

   • SonarQube Community Edition
   • SonarQube Enterprise Edition

2. Open the required project.

   Projects created in Console appear as projects in the SonarQube portal.

3. Review the analysis results in the Project Overview dashboard.

   The dashboard displays information such as:

   • Code quality status
   • Bugs and vulnerabilities
   • Code smells
   • Coverage
   • Duplication
   • Quality gate status

Things to note

• Scan results appear only after the CI/CD pipeline successfully completes the SonarQube analysis.
• If no results appear, verify that your pipeline is configured correctly.
