[Legacy] Onboarding to CFT
The onboarding steps on this page will be deprecated from 15 June 2025. To continue using the service, all users—new and existing—must subscribe to CFT via TechBiz starting 16 June 2025. Once subscribed through TechBiz, billing for CFT will be managed directly by TechBiz. Refer to the Onboarding requirements and new Onboarding process.
To subscribe to CFT, agencies are now eligible to enroll in an Extended Trial* period.
Note: *The Extended Trial period will last until July 2025 or until the pricing schedule becomes available for review and consideration by the agencies, whichever occurs first.
Onboarding steps
1. Fill out the onboarding form
- Complete the CFT onboarding form.
- We will create a tenant account for you in the admin portal.
2. Complete whitelisting requirements
Note: The links above will direct you to additional CFT documentation. TechPass login is required.
- Perform the required whitelisting steps.
- For tenants hosted on GCC 2.0 AWS Intranet compartment, you may configure static routes for routing via GCCI Common Services Transit Gateway to CFT.
- Additionally, you may need to whitelist CFT IPs on your tenant/agency firewalls and perform firewall testing to CFT intranet for HTTPS and SFTP.
3. Configure your file transfer setup in the CFT admin portal
- Create applications and workflows under your tenant account in the CFT admin portal. You can refer to the next sections in this user guide.
4. Perform functional testing (UAT)
- You can now start functional testing (UAT).
