For: Subscription Admins and Technical Admins

You are responsible for subscribing to Claude Code, adding team members, and assigning budgets so your team can start using Claude Code.

Once your Subscription Admin has provisioned Claude Code to you and assigned a budget, you’re ready to generate an API key and set up Claude Code.

If you haven’t been provisioned yet, contact your SHIP-HATS Subscription Admin or your Reporting Officer (RO).

Pricing and budgeting

WOG usage is sponsored till end of FY26 (31 March 2027). During this pilot period:

• Each user has up to $300/month in token spend, with the ability to extend to $1,000/month. See Budget limits for details.
• The budget resets to $300 at the start of each month.
• If usage exceeds $1,000, submit a request through the support channels for case-by-case review.

Note: The ability to set budgets in Console will be enabled once pricing begins. Budget and usage data will be available through Console. For higher fidelity analytics on Claude Code usage, see the AI Impact Dashboard.
