Agentic AI coding tools rollout strategy
Agentic AI coding tools are introduced through a phased rollout to ensure safe and controlled adoption. Different tools may be at different rollout phases depending on governance requirements, operational readiness, and security controls.
Rollout phases

What users should know
- MCP is now available for Claude Code (GovTech users only) via whitelisted MCPs. Register at go.gov.sg/mcp-gateway. For details, see #claude-code-support on Slack.
- MCP remains disabled for other agentic tools.
- All users must follow the User responsibilities and best practices when using AI coding tools.
