View Jira Service Management (JSM) projects

Subscription Admins (SAs) and Project Admins (PAs) can view the Jira Service Management (JSM) projects created under a SHIP-HATS project.

Prerequisites

Ensure the following:

• You are a Subscription Admin (SA) for the subscription, or a Project Admin (PA) for a SHIP-HATS project within the subscription.

Steps

1. In Console, go to Products > SHIP-HATS, and select the required subscription to open the Workspace.

   For detailed steps, see Access Workspace.

2. Click Tools > Jira Service Management.

3. Select the required SHIP-HATS project.

   The list of JSM projects created for the selected SHIP-HATS project is displayed.

   

   If no JSM projects are listed, the SHIP-HATS project may not have any JSM projects created yet. See Create JSM projects.
