Retrieve JSM portal URL

JSM administrators or agents can retrieve the service portal URL of a Jira Service Management (JSM) project and share it with customers so they can submit and track service requests.

Prerequisites

Ensure the following:

• The JSM project has already been created.
• You have access to the JSM project as an administrator or agent.

Steps

1. Open the required JSM project.

2. Go to Project settings.

3. Select Channels & self service > Portal.

4. In Portal configuration, locate the Portal URL.

5. Copy the Portal URL and share it with customers.

Customers can use the portal URL to access the service portal and submit requests.
