Subscribe to pCloudy (Shared or Dedicated devices) through a SHIP-HATS subscription in Console.
Choose the option that matches your situation

| Your agency does not have a SHIP-HATS subscription | Subscribe to SHIP-HATS and include pCloudy Shared |
| Your agency already has a SHIP-HATS subscription | Update your existing subscription to add pCloudy Shared |
To request pCloudy Dedicated devices, submit a service request.
During subscription
- pCloudy Shared devices are available as part of the subscription for free.
- pCloudy Dedicated devices require a separate service request.

After account setup:
Billing
- pCloudy Shared devices are available at no additional cost.
- pCloudy Dedicated devices are chargeable. Billing starts once the requested devices are provisioned.
Important notes
- Dedicated devices are provisioned only after the service request is processed.
