A Singapore Government Agency Website

Administrative Portal

Overview

The Administrative Portal provides agencies with a self-service interface to manage GovWallet operations, including beneficiary account management, credit disbursement, transaction reporting, approvals, reconciliations, and clawbacks. It also gives administrators control over beneficiary credits, including who receives them, where and when they can be spent, and how much each beneficiary is allocated. In addition, the portal supports operational tasks such as uploading recipients, ring-fencing merchants, downloading reports, and reconciling transactions.

Request for Access

To request access to the Administrative Portal, provide the following details for each user:

  • Full Name
  • Official work email address
  • Role required

Access and appropriate permissions are provisioned and assigned based on the information provided. Access is role-based, so each user will receive only the permissions required for their responsibilities. If multiple users require access, include the details for each person in the same request.

Roles & Features

The Administrative Portal uses role-based access control, so each user is granted only the permissions required for their responsibilities. The table below summarizes the features available to each role.
