Administrative Portal

Overview

The Administrative Portal provides agencies with a self-service interface to manage incoming payments and collections within GovWallet, including payment tracking, transaction reporting and reconciliation. It gives administrators visibility over collection activity, helping them to monitor payments and review transaction records.

Request for Access

To request access to the Administrative Portal, provide the following details for each user:

• Full Name
• Official work email address
• Role required
