Available StackOps Dynatrace plans

StackOps Dynatrace offers two plans to suit differing operating maturity models:

• GovTech Central Managed—Operated and centrally managed by GovTech. Multi-tenant setup, where you onboard to a dedicated space in GovTech’s central monitoring environment.
• Agency Self-Managed—Fully operated and managed by the agency. Single tenant setup, where you onboard to your own dedicated monitoring environment.

You can choose only one plan option per subscription account.

A. GovTech Central Managed plan

In the GovTech Central Managed plan, users do not need to handle infrastructure requirements for setup and operations, but will have limited control over the Dynatrace configuration:

• The ActiveGate, including all underlying resource maintenance and stability, is owned and managed by GovTech.
• Alerts and thresholds are pre-configured using Dynatrace Intelligence anomaly detection, ensuring consistent, high-quality monitoring across agencies.
• OneAgent binaries are provisioned through a centralised S3 repository, ensuring all deployments are aligned to GovTech-validated versions.

This plan is suited for agencies who prefer lower operational overhead or are early in their monitoring journey, and can work within standardised platform configurations.

B. Agency Self-Managed plan

In the Agency Self-Managed plan, users get full autonomy over their Dynatrace build and operations:

• A dedicated Dynatrace monitoring environment is provisioned for the agency.
• Admin rights are granted to the agency, enabling unrestricted platform configuration flexibility.
• The ActiveGate, including all underlying resource maintenance and stability, is owned and managed by the agency.

This plan is suited for agencies who have greater operating maturity, stronger monitoring expertise, or more complex use cases, but still want to onboard through GovTech for volume discounts.
