Dynatrace access
This page is applicable to GovTech Central Managed plans only.
Access your Dynatrace space using one of the following methods:
- For GovTechies and Augmented Resources (ARs) — Your Whole-of-Government (WoG) email (*.gov.sg).
- For Agency Tenant Facility Managers (ATFMs), contractors, and others without a WoG email — Your TechPass email (*.techpass.gov.sg).
Before you begin
Ensure that:
- Your Subscription Admin has added you as a user via Console.
- (If using TechPass) You have an active TechPass account. Refer to TechPass documentation for details on how to sign up.
Signing in to Dynatrace
Use the sign in method that matches your account type.
Sign in to Dynatrace via Microsoft My Applications.
To sign in to Dynatrace:
- Go to My Apps.
- Search for and select GVT-StackOps-Dynatrace.
You will be directed to the StackOps-Dynatrace space.
Troubleshooting:
If you encounter a 403 error, wait briefly and retry by can refreshing the page. You can also clear your browser cache.
Sign in to Dynatrace directly using your TechPass email (*.techpass.gov.sg).
To sign in to Dynatrace:
- Go to StackOps-Dynatrace.
- In Email, enter your TechPass email.
- Select Next.
- Complete the sign in process using your TechPass credentials if prompted.
