Like other Government Instruction Manuals, IM8 is a security management tool used by the Government to safeguard Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT and SS) assets. The IM8 uplifts ICT & SS capabilities across the Government, sets out requirements for delivering fit-for-purpose, secure, and cost-effective solutions/ services, and directs focus on the strategic ICT & SS areas.
The IM8 section on Agile Delivery of System aims to guide agencies to adopt Agile delivery in a consistent manner to:
- Better address user needs through a process of continuous planning and feedback with stakeholders; and
- Deliver Business Value faster through early software releases
The Agile IM8 section here(intranet only) consists of 1 Policy, 5 Standards and 48 Guidelines (as of 21 Dec 2021).
