Who is this Playbook for?

This playbook serves as a reference and guide for many different types of readers. While some of the content is based on the public sector context, we try to adapt them into general-use concepts that can provide insights and learnings for readers from both public and private sectors.

Before we begin, we would like to present a few reader archetypes to assist you as you dive deeper into the content in this playbook. While reading, you may find certain content more relevant to your role, while potentially identifying other roles within your organisation which may require filling. These roles range from non-technical to technical folks, and even people in managerial positions, which may fall under the categories listed below. At the beginning of each chapter, we will tag the appropriate personas who may find the content particularly useful.
