StackOps Documentation

StackOps is a suite of monitoring and observability tools within the Singapore Government Tech Stack (SGTS). It enables teams to monitor and fortify systems across complex cloud environments, including system health, application performance, security, and business metrics. With StackOps, teams can improve system resiliency and operational responsiveness, such as Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) or Actual Service Availability (ASA).

Tool offerings

StackOps comprises two offerings: StackOps Elastic and StackOps Dynatrace.

These tools are suitable for government data classified as Confidential Cloud-Eligible (CCE) and below, and come equipped with WoG-ready automation and collaboration enhancements, templates, and best practices to simplify setup. These enhancements enable teams to quickly onboard and operate with reduced overhead.
