We sincerely apologise for the short notice regarding the urgent maintenance scheduled. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade our authorisation library, addressing any bugs and issues related to authorisation flow.
What We Are Doing:
We are transitioning to a new authorisation library for access control. Previously, we encountered issues in synchronising the old library’s authorisation model with our database.
Why We Are Doing It:
These issues have affected our system’s reliability, accuracy, and performance. The new library has demonstrated significant improvements, enabling increased throughput for our /v2/auth endpoint (used to obtain an auth token), while also ensuring greater accuracy and reliability.
What You Can Expect:
- Improved system stability
- Fewer authorisation-related bugs
- Faster response times when interacting with protected endpoints, including file uploads through HTTPS and SFTP.
